Open of Day Procedures (Before Service Starts)
1. System Check and Login
- Ensure the POS terminal are switched on and functions properly.
- Verify printers and screens are working.
2. Menu and Inventory Review
- Verify that the menu items, prices, and promotions are accurate and active.
- Ensure inventory levels (e.g., ingredients, and drinks) are correct by running your Current Stock report via the Backoffice Portal and doing a spot check.
3. Employee Time Clock
- Ensure all employees clock in via the POS to track hours worked.

1. Order Entry and Management
- Use the POS to enter customer orders accurately and make sure they appear on the appropriate kitchen printer or display screen.
