This is a short guide on some basic troubleshooting if printing stops working.
The most important steps to ensure when the printing has stopped working are:
By default, the Munch App will present an error message to help the user identify the problems.

No printer selected - This message indicates that no printer has been selected during the initial setup.
This error can be resolved by navigating to Settings → Printer, and setting up the printer. (see Setting up the printer again )

Epson ePOS error #2 - There are a few
Scenarios that would produce this message. The most common causes are a network cable that is not fitted properly or the printer is powered off.

Printer status is offline - In this case, the message specifically indicates that the paper has run out. The user can replace the paper and reprint the bill or order.
In most cases setting up the printer again should resolve any issues experienced. Start by navigating to Settings → Printer on your Munch device.
From there it is important to note the details of the printer given the issue and pay special attention to the preparation types and areas. Once you have identified the printer giving the error you can click on the “edit” button and then “Remove”
